Hi, I'm Johnny.
I’m a Product Manager currently building user experiences using conversational UI. For the last two years, I’ve been at Ozlo Inc. building a next-gen conversational assistant platform for B2B and consumers.
Going back, I’m a self-taught designer with deep business roots. I’ve always had a fascination leveraging design to meet business goals. This bought me to CCA’s MBA in Design Strategy program in 2013. Since graduating, I have focused my career on using design thinking frameworks to build products that delight users and fulfill business strategies.
