Hypeschool – A MBA Thesis Project
As part of my MBA graduation thesis, my team focused on redesigning the career counselor experience to help new graduates navigate towards a career path they might not have traditionally known about. We discovered students weren’t aware of the many potential carrer opportunities they would later learn about in their careers.
How many times have you heard of someone sinking years and dollars in a medical or law degree to later decide they want a career change? We wanted to expose students to non-traditional paths earlier in the process to nudge them in a direction thry didn’t know existed.
